Check-In
Your room will be ready to move in from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-Out
On the day of departure, we ask you to release it by 11:00 am. Otherwise, our cleaning team will surprise you. But feel free to ask for a late check-out, we are flexible.
Parking
Safe indoor and outdoor parking amenities for guests, during their stay. For indoor parking, we ask for a small extra fee. Out door charger for electrical cars is available.
What`s Included
Your stay includes all the necessary amenities. You will also have access to facilities such as the fitness center and on-site restaurant. Free parking on the outside parking. You will have access to self-service washer and dryer and there is in-door bike wash facilities.
Safe Bike Storage
We have a safe space for your bike. A storage unit designed to keep bicycles safe from theft and damage. These lockers are made of heavy-duty materials and are equipped with high-quality locks to prevent unauthorized access.

We have on-site Italian restarant, that serve healthy Italian food. Tapwater is drinkable and other drinks are available from our bar in the restaurant.
Booking Terms
We require a minimum two nights stay throughout the year. If you cancel up to 21 days before arrival, you can cancel free of charge. If you cancel between 21 days and 14 days before arrival, we must charge 50% of the booked event. If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure, we charge 90% of the total price. Reservations are only binding upon written confirmation from us.
